Snowboard Bindings For Any Budget

With so many snowboard binding choices out there it can be a little overwhelming deciding which model is best for you. Three of my favorite snowboard binding brands are Drake, Flow, and Head. The 2007 - 2008 snowboarding season looks like it is going to be the best one yet in terms of design and technology among the best snowboard manufacturers.

Over the last 10 years Drake have improved their snowboard bindings by focusing on the details. Nearly all of the heel cups on Drake’s snowboard bindings are constructed from lightweight aluminum giving the rider a responsive, durable heel cup.

Drake’s dual function toe straps are perfect for the rider obsessed with customization. This flexible strap can be placed on the top of the foot or in front of the toes like a heel cup.

As a company generally known for their tennis equipment Head has in recent years emerged as a contender in the snowboarding game. Featuring models with everything from 3-D molded neoprene straps, plug and play discs, and adjustable toe ramps, to leather high back padding Head’s bindings are sure to be the favorite of many!

Head’s snowboard bindings have a one of a kind look. With futuristic looking heel cups, high contrast color schemes and 3-D molding, Head’s snowboard bindings are bound to turn head’s.

My favorite brand of the group Flow, makes snowboard bindings featuring a one piece ankle and toe strap that is sure to keep you boots securely fastened to your board. Flow make some of the lightest most streamlined straps on the market making these binding real performers.

With a look that echoes something from a science fiction movie, the Flow snowboard bindings, give the impression of a binding that is an extension of your foot. With beautiful color schemes and graphics, the Flow bindings are sure to keep your feet in place with style.

It inevitably comes down to a question of taste. Each one of these brands feature a one of a kind look and several models to cater to any rider, for noob to expert, these bindings are great for any skill set and are priced to fit most any budget!
