The Four Letter Word Every Network Marketer Needs To Know About

How to overcome the word "no" when prospecting in your MLM Network Marketing business.

It’s happened to all of us…. You have a request from someone asking you to call them.  So you pick up the phone and call them and BAM they hang up on you.  So you sit there trying to figure it out.  What did I do? How did I sound? Why did they hang up on me?  Am I doing something wrong?

Stop trying to figure it out.  Who cares anyway?  Please understand that you need to go through a lot of no’s in order to get to the yeses.  If you want to be successful with prospecting you need to learn the four letter word NEXT.

What do you do when you have a negative prospect or someone hangs up on you? Just say “next” and move on to the next person.

Now here is the important part.  You can’t give that person any energy.  Don’t think about it at all.  They simply are not right for you business.  Move on to the next person who may be the perfect fit.

The problem is sometimes we take rejection personally.  When you try to figure it out or think about why they hung up on you, it will make it be harder for you to talk to the next person because in the back of your head you are thinking what if they will hang up on me too? You just gave away your confidence and energy.  So now, you will not be effective with the next person you talk to.

When dealing with rejection, you need to know that it has nothing to do with you.  It is just that this simply is not the right time for your prospect.  Period. Say “Next” and move on to the right person.
