Using Systems In MLM

You’ve just signed up for an MLM opportunity and you are excited. You think about all the thiings you will do with the extra money. After calming down, you realize you have some very important things to think about.

Since the MLM business is built upon the idea of duplication, you must think about how you will recruit new distributors. A smart MLmer will also develop a means to sell the MLM company’s primary product. Most MLMer’s overlook the idea of product sales, but many huge organizations have been built on product sales systems alone.

Let’s look at the math in regard to product sales vs. distributor recruiting. Distributor #1 has a system and teaches his people to sell about $500 a month of product. He has 40 people in his downline duplicating his system. Distributor #2 teaches his people to recruit and they only purchase the monthly minimum to earn commissions which is $100. He has 120 people in his downline. Distributor #1 made more money even though he had far less distributors in his business! If you can find a good product sales system, use it because they are rare.

You must have a duplicatable system anyone can use. Since most MLM companies have “poor” tools for the distributor to use, look to your upline to get the tools you need. This may take the form of autoresponders preloaded with outgoing messages, a good lead source, and perhaps an effective lead capture page.

It is not a new thing to use a system to promote your MLM business. Practically every MLM company and line of sponsorship have systems available. What you do with the system is what will make your opportunity the special one everyone wants to get involved with.

I am aware of one MLMer who makes over $1,000,000 a year by addind a personal touch to his email recruiting. He also mails the prospect a postcard and leaves messages on their answering machines to look for more information in the next email. He signs up a much higher percentage of people he prospects, and he teaches his downline to use the same tactics. No wonder he makes so much money!

You should copy what this man does. You will stand out from the crowd. Also use snail mail and the telephone and you will see your signups increase. When your downline duplicates your efforts, you will have a huge downline.

To really be a success, you must add the personal touch to any “cold” and impersonal system.
