What is holding you back from being successful?  If you are like I used to be you will know of many reasons why you aren’t successful at everything you do. It might be down to bad luck or the circumstances you are currently in. You may think it’s something that’s out of your control. Forget all the excuses it’s down to conditioning.

People generally mean well when they give you bits of wisdom like money is the root of all evil, or a camel has more chance of passing through the eye of a needle that a rich man has of getting to heaven. All these little sayings, and there are hundreds of them, all play a pat in conditioning us to the fact that failure is ok.

You’ve been listening to comments like those all you life and it’s time to change your thinking. Does a world class athlete think negative thoughts before a race or do they just think positively?  Of course they think positively, any negativity is immediatly banished. A friend of mine recommended a product to me 6 months ago that changed my outlook completely and helped me to achieve some of my potential. Beta waves are normally present in your normal waking state. it more than likely that you are in a beta state now. You’ll find these waves associated with alertness, cognition concentration and arousal.

Alpha brain waves are much slower than the beta waves and are usually present when you are concentrating on somethig such as a good movie or a book. Unstandably Alpha waves are associated with enhanced learning and focus.

When you are dreaming you are usually in a theta state. Theta Brainwaves are also responsible for some of those ahhh...thats it! moments and certain kinds of super learning. you’ll also have greater memory ability.

The lowest waves that we’ll look at are Delta waves. These are the key to your subsconscious and usually are present in dreamless sleep.
