If traditionally taught second language instruction is by design unable to teach you a high degree of spoken fluency through its boring process, just imagine going through the process when the instruction is given entirely in Spanish. But if what you want is spoken fluency and you do not care if you learn to read and write in the Spanish then formal grammar course may not be for you.
