I love to get people to believe in themselves that’s our most important priority – self confidence because 95% of the people in this world do NOT believe they have as much talent or ability as other people.
It’s not talent looks intelligence or athletic ability that causes you to believe in yourself It’s asking yourself this very simple question “Am I doing the very best I possibly can? And doing it every day?
The most important thing that we can do is to get people to believe in themselves and care about each other I say when you bring a group of people together it’s a start, when you get a group of people to stay together it’s progress and when you get a group of people to work together it’s success.
How do you get a group to work together? Heck, I don’t know I’m not that smart. Except this – get them to like one another believe in each other and feel secure within the group when you feel secure it’s easy to look for the good qualities in other people. If you don’t believe in yourself you’re constantly looking for the negative things in other people I did not invent this philosophy.
