Being obese for those at the poverty line is due to make circumstances which are out of their control. Many poor families report some of the reasons they let their weight fluctuate is because of lack of exercise, food choices and no access to health food stores or supermarkets.
Poor work performance, losing sleep, irritability, losing interest in favorite activities, and depression. These just a few things caused from stress. There are many things in life which can cause stress and many different reactions, both physical and emotional, to stress.

Metabolism is the key to losing weight. A person with a faster metabolism is able to body to burn fat quicker, which is why most active children don't face weight issues.
